The Food

The relaxed, rustic appeal of Fergusson Restaurant offers the perfect setting to indulge in provincial delights and perfectly paired wines. The charming space, which boasts warm timber furnishings and a high cathedral ceiling, seats 150 people, with outdoor also dining available.

Our distinctive lunch and dinner menus are lovingly developed by Master Chef Louise Fergusson, gold medalist in Europe’s Culinary Olympics and graduate of Anne Willan’s prestigious La Varrene in Paris. Her creations are born from fresh assorted seasonal fruit and vegetable varieties that are locally farmed and catered to a palate that celebrates the seasons.

The Sunday Lunch

Our signature dish, Prime aged Charolais Beef, slow roasted on a wood fired spit and personally carved.  Accompanied by the MUST HAVE traditional Yorkshire Pudding, roasted and fresh vegetables, fresh salads, beer bread and a full array of condiments. Tea and Coffee are also included.
