The Restaurant
Fergusson Winery and Restaurant is home to contemporary Italian dining, serving incredible pasta sauces, Italian sourdough, desserts, and more. Everything we served is created fresh in our restaurant using local and sustainable produce. Many of our vegetables and herbs are grown in our very own kitchen garden, allowing us to fill our meals with fresh, delicious seasonal produce. The Wines
As a boutique winery, we offer a growing selection of French-style wines. With growing season bringing climate conditions similar to the Bordeaux and Burgundy regions of France to Dixons Creek, we can produce an incredible palette of fine wines. Our Cellar Door is open for tastings Wednesday through Sunday, so stop by and enjoy a glass with a grazing board as you overlook the vines.

Built in 1968, our winery is located in the iconic Dixons Creek Estate, showing off a bit of everything that makes the Yarra Valley incredible.
