Fergusson 2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from the surrounding vineyards, this Sauvignon Blanc has an aroma of stone and tropical fruits, cherry blossoms, snow peas and gooseberries. It is sole fermented in stainless steel with characteristics of passionfruit with a conclusion of mineral acidity which provides an element of texture to the wine.
