The setting is lyrical, the food is sophisticated yet wholesome, and always made with love … specially created to match a stunning wine list and the sound of a hundred clinking glasses.

Ceremony

The Forever Chapel – Known for it’s quaint exterior and romantic setting with traditional pews. Ideal for up to 70 seated, the chapel is steeped in history and ceremonial wisdom. A few steps away, a Secret Garden completes the picture, with a bridge over the gentle creek and flower draped pools.

The Sandstone Gazebo – Exchange vows under the ancient vine covered gazebo, this beautiful outdoor space on the lawn boasts the vineyards as the backdrop.

The Barrel Room – A generous space surrounded by walls of beautiful oak barrels, underneath a ceiling of twinkly fairy lights, the ultimate in unique ceremony spaces.

The Barrel Room is pared back in it’s decor allowing you to add your own personal style to it, we can even suggest a few local trusted suppliers to help bring your vision to life. We’ll create a space for you to dance among walls lined with French Oak Barrels that create a wonderful smell and a unique backdrop for your choice of acoustics. Ideal for seated receptions for up to 80, or a cocktail style soiree for up to 150.

The Restaurant is perfect for larger receptions of up to 200 seated or 130 with a dancefloor, featuring cathedral ceilings, a show-stopping chandelier, huge windows over-looking the vineyards, and the radiant warmth of a large open fireplace.

Both the Barrel Room and Restaurant can accommodate traditional round tables, or family style feasting tables, depending on your preference.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have somewhere I can get ready on the day?

We sure do, our Bridal suite is available for use on your Wedding day from 10.30am onwards and comes with cosy lounges, lots of natural light, mirrors and plenty of space for all the extra bits and pieces.

Do you have wet weather ceremony option?

Yes we actually have two, our Forever Chapel can sit a maximum of 80 guests (seated only, no standing space apart from at the front for the Bridal party). The Barrel Room can seat up to 100, however we suggest seating for 40 which allows for plenty of standing space for an additional 100-110.

Do you provide centrepieces?

Unfortunately not, as everyone’s tastes are different we welcome our couples to incorporate their own flavour, we can of course suggest local suppliers, stylists, décor hire companies and florists to help your vision come to life!

What’s the different menu options for a seated reception?

There are two; firstly the more traditional alternate drop (eg. Steak/chicken served 50/50), OR we have a feasting style menu where all the menu items are served to the middle of the tables for the guests to share.

Do you accommodate dietary requirements?

yes absolutely, if the selected menu cannot be modified to accommodate the guest’s specific
requirement then a separate meal is prepared.

Can we hire in a photobooth?

Yes you can!

Can we incorporate food trucks?

Yes you can, provided they are supplying something specific that isn’t able to be prepared in our kitchen eg. Icecream/gelato van/cart

Do we need to organise someone to set up for us on the day?

We’ll take care of setting all the tables and seating in accordance to your guest seating allocations, we can also put out your name cards, bonbonniere, centrepieces and light your candles too!

What miscellaneous equipment do you have that we can use?

We can provide a display easel, table numbers, and wine barrels for the cake, guest signing book etc. (Our standard packages all include tables, chairs, white linen tablecloths, charcoal linen napkins, silver cutlery, white crockery & glassware.)

What time do our vendors have access from on the day?

Most vendors won’t need more than the 2 hours allowed prior to the event starting, however we are more than happy to receive deliveries for your event the day or two prior.

What time will my reception conclude?

Whilst we’re licensed until midnight, we suggest wrapping the night up by 10.30/11pm. Our ceremony package is for 1 hour and the reception packages are for 5 hours (Extensions are available for a fee).
