Produced from very old estate grown vines. The warm 2015 growing season has produced a ripe, fleshy, generous cabernet with aromas of cassis, plum and blueberry. Supported by ripe tannins that provide superb structure and length. Crushed, destemmed and fermented in an oven pot. Two day cold soak and pump over twice daily. Pressed when dry and matured in new (30%) and seasoned French Oak for 16 months.
