Jock’s Rose Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
This rosé is named after Jock, Louise Fergusson’s Scottish counterpart. With a light pink hue and aromas of freshly cut strawberries and dark berry fruits, the palate is fresh, crisp and with a dry finish. Crushed, destemmed and pressed to a stainless tank for fermentation. Fermented cool at 18 degrees to retain fresh varietal aromas.
